Catherine & DougalI became a "stay at home dog mom" the day Dougal was born. When he came home at 7 1/2 weeks, and as we got to know each other and develop a routine I began to wonder how other dog lovers could stand to be away from their pets for long stretches of time. That's how Fido Fitness began. I wanted to provide a service for those whose business, travel or everyday life commitments prevented them from spending the kind of quality time Dougal and I have always had.

I am:

  • Certified by the American Red Cross in Pet First Aid and CPR
  • Bonded and Insured
  • Proud member of Pet Sitters International, established in 1994
  • Member of the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce

Dougal is:

  • The Personal Trainer to the Dogs
  • ATTS certified to be of good temperament
  • National & International Champion Show Dog
  • Experienced as a Pet Therapy Dog
