10-06-09 - Donation Alert for Coco
Tumor removed and she is home! Thank you all for the donations for Coco's surgery! She is doing great... 10-15-09
I received this alert from the Saint Francis Animal Sanctuary and am forwarding it on to you in hopes that you would be interested in helping out Coco and Saint Francis:
God above only knows why some animals ( and humans ) are dealt a rough blow in life. This little girl is Coco a 3 year old Pit mix. She was born with no eyes which is called micro-opthalmia. She has a severe clef pallet with one nose hole on the side of her face. This little sweetheart is full of love and kisses. Innocence beyond imagination!
Coco has been at Saint Francis Animal Sanctuary for 2 years. Her best friend and dog she depends to be her eyes is a Pit mix with 5 legs named Angel. Coco is going in for removal of a mammary tumor next week and Angel has to go with her, they just cannot be pulled apart. Coco cries when Angel is not with her. We are again asking for donations so Coco can have her surgery. The breast tumor is still small at this point and we are going to do all we can so Angel does not lose her best friend.
