What’s not funny is that this darling girl’s family needed to move and the new landlord does not allow dogs. They are heartbroken that they cannot take her with them. Funny lives in the San Fernando Valley and the landlord’s grace period is nearly up. Could you possibly have room in your heart for this funny-face?

Breed: Possibly Whippet/Lab
Weight: 40 lbs.

Length: from base of neck to tail: 19"

Overview: Energetic, friendly, happy, playful, silly (puppy-like energy and demeanor - even looks like a puppy). Good with kids and other dogs. Needs regular walks. Healthy, up to date with all shots. Full paperwork available.

Funny becomes Honey!

Funny's new family writes:
 
"My husband and I were ready to add a new addition to our family. We spent 2 months going to the animal shelters and we were always nervous as there are so many pets for adoption the staff never knew much about the dogs.  We have a 1 1/2 year old so we had to be very careful and selective.  When Catherine learned that we were looking for a dog she had the perfect dog in mind for our family. Honey is amazing!  She is everything we were looking for and more.  She gets along well with our 12 year old Chihuahua rescue, Peanut, she is gentle, playful and patient with my son and she's been great at keeping me in shape.  Catherine's knowledge of the dogs she is helping to rescue made us feel very comfortable with her recommendation and it has worked out wonderfully. Honey is the perfect fit for our family.
